Description

The last years the area of Tsilivi has been developed and nowadays is a wonderfull tourist resort with a lot of visitors.
The large sandy beach with the shallow waters offers also beach front bars and snack bars, restaurants but also a great variety of watersports.

Across the southern utmost of the beach we find a small islet called Vodi (Ox). In the northern point of beach we see the Venetian Vardiola (old observatory). The northern winds that blow usually in the area make the beach cool and ideal for windsurfing.

For those that seek a quiet beach, in the end of village we find smaller sandy beaches which we can approach by taking the small streets that we meet in the main street of Tsilivi.
The street to the beach of Bouka leads us also to the remains of the Venetian Observatory, from where we can see the island of Kephalonia.
